1. Acceptance of terms
By using Roziek websites, hosting, maintenance, or development services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Our services
Roziek provides shared hosting, care & maintenance plans, and custom development work as described on this website. Quoted prices for custom development are fixed for 30 days from the quote date.
3. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments & renewals
Hosting and care plans are billed in AED, monthly or yearly in advance. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Accounts more than 7 days overdue may be suspended. Custom development is billed per agreed milestones.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for illegal content, spam, malware, phishing, or abusive resource consumption. We may suspend violating accounts without notice.
6. Backups
We take daily backups retained for 14 days. Backups are a safety net, not a substitute for your own backups. You remain responsible for your content and data.
7. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a plan anytime before the next renewal. New hosting subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days. Completed development milestones are non-refundable.
8. Liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
